Delhi NCR has one of India's largest dog rescue communities, from South Delhi colony feeders to NGOs running full shelters in Dwarka, Rohini, and Gurgaon. Every listing here is a real animal in active foster care with a rescue organization across the NCR region. Not breeders. Not pet shops. Most rescuers prefer WhatsApp, so check the contact details in each listing before reaching out. For stray emergencies in Delhi, the Delhi NCR animal helplines has direct numbers for MCD, Friendicoes, and other Delhi shelters. Adopting from another city? Browse the adoption directory.
