The story
This four-month-old kitten is being fostered after his mother rejected him. The bigger urgency now is his neighbourhood — the people fostering him say their neighbours are abusive toward the cats they care for, chasing them off with sticks and making threats. He needs a stable, permanent home, and soon. He’s in Delhi, but his foster says he can travel to the right home.
