The story
Two tomcats live in a housing society in Goregaon West, Mumbai. Someone in that building buys them cat food and feeds them regularly, and that is where it stops. Taking them indoors was ruled out at home, so the cats stay outside.
The post describes them as playful and says both are boys. It gives no names, no ages and no vaccination record, because the reason for posting was to find an NGO that would come and vaccinate them. That has not happened yet, so whoever takes them starts from zero on shots.
These are community cats rather than house cats. They know a building, a feeder and a routine. The offer is stated plainly in the post: if you want to adopt them, come and take them.
