Mocha needs a calm home that lets her be herself

The story
Mocha was abandoned and eventually found a loving home. Unfortunately, after almost a year, she is being returned because one of the resident cats has started behaving differently around her. The adopter has told us that Mocha herself is actually very calm around other cats. They had been cat-sitting a friend's cat and Mocha didn't have any issues with her at all, no hissing, no aggression, nothing. The problem seems to be with the resident cats, rather than Mocha. This is what her adopter told us: “She keeps trying to run away. She is not bothered with cats honestly cuz we were cat sitting one of our friend's cats so she didn't bother at all, super chill, no hissing, nothing. It's just my sibling cats who are the worst with other cats. I don't think it's her issue more like my cats who are creating the issue. She doesn't like being touched unless and until she wants to. Then she will…

The adopter has told us that Mocha herself is actually very calm around other cats. They had been cat-sitting a friend's cat and Mocha didn't have any issues with her at all, no hissing, no aggression, nothing. The problem seems to be with the resident cats, rather than Mocha.
This is what her adopter told us:
“She keeps trying to run away.
Then she will come and rub all around you. She loves playing with balls.”
The bigger issue is that Mocha isn't a people-loving cat. She doesn't enjoy being handled or constantly touched, and she needs someone who understands that cats don't have to behave like dogs.
Right now, she is confined to a small catio because the house already has 9 cats and a small baby, so there simply isn't enough space. She keeps trying to get out and, heartbreakingly, she hasn't eaten properly for 4 days and seems very withdrawn.
We really want to give her another chance.
Mocha needs a calm, patient home where she can have her own space and approach people on her own terms. Someone who won't expect her to immediately cuddle, sit in their lap or shower them with affection.
My own feral cat took almost 3 years to really open up to me. Even now, she prefers her space and comes to me for affection only when she wants it. But she eventually learned to trust me and I believe cats like Mocha can do the same when they're given enough time and patience.
So we're looking for someone who understands cats, especially shy/independent ones, and is willing to let Mocha be Mocha.
We are looking for a free foster or adopter in Delhi/NCR.
No shelter, please. She needs a quiet environment, space and patience.
The alternative is releasing her back to the place where we originally found her and continuing to check on her during our feeding rounds. We really don't want that to be her future, especially after she has already experienced a home.
