The story

Stormy has been fed by the same family every day for months. Two weeks ago they noticed he had stopped doing well and took him to the vet, who diagnosed a diaphragmatic hernia. The vet ruled out surgery outright: he would not survive the anaesthesia. He is stable now and needs no further treatment, but the family that has cared for him cannot keep him and does not want to put him back on the street.

At seven months old he is active, friendly, playful and very cuddly. The only thing that unsettles him is sudden movement or a stressful environment, so he needs a calm home rather than a busy one. He is dewormed, litter trained and vaccinated.

The family currently feeding him will cover his food and litter costs every month if someone in Mumbai can give him a home, even as a foster.
