The story

The mother cat still comes back to the house for food. When her kittens try to follow her, she hisses and pushes them away.

They are eight weeks old, both ginger tabbies, and they are being fostered in Hyderabad by the family that used to feed her. That arrangement is running out: the fosterer’s parents want the kittens put out on the street, which at eight weeks is not a survival plan.

This is not the first appeal for them. The last one drew people who showed interest and then backed out at the handover, so the fosterer has asked that only serious adopters get in touch. Taking one is fine; the kittens do not have to go together.
