Two kittens living on an office ground floor in Andheri

The story
They live on the ground floor of an office near Seepz metro station in Andheri. Staff feed them, so both are friendly with people and easy to pick up.
Their mother is not looking after them. She neglected her previous litter too, and the guards think a third sibling from this litter was killed by a male cat. Nobody is coming back for these two.
They are healthy but unstarted: they still need vaccination, neutering and litter training. Whoever takes them is taking on kittens at the beginning of everything, which is the easiest point to get it right.
They are in Andheri, Mumbai. The rescuer is taking enquiries by message on Reddit.
