Rescued Off the Street, Now Fighting FPV — He Needs an Urgent Foster

- Cat
- Delhi NCR
The story
This ginger kitten was found near Vinobapuri Metro Station in critical condition — weak, thin, dehydrated and barely responsive. A vet found low platelets, a low red blood cell count and low glucose, and he tested positive for feline parvovirus (FPV). FPV spreads between cats but not to humans, so he has to stay isolated from other cats while he’s treated.
His rescuers are college students who can’t keep him for long. They need a foster who can keep him isolated, help with hospital visits, or connect them to an NGO, shelter or rescue that takes FPV-positive cats — and, once he recovers, an adopter.
