The story
A three-legged cat was attacked by seven or eight street dogs on 29 July in Virender Nagar, Janak Puri Gali No. 9, Delhi — neighbours only found out from a CCTV recording after people had already chased the dogs off. Because of her missing leg she couldn’t run far and hasn’t been seen since. She needs urgent treatment if found.
