Lost Cat — Missy — Navi Mumbai

Our indoor ex-stray cat, Missy, slipped out three days ago and hasn’t come home yet. I’m not too worried because she knows the area well, but there’s one thing that’s really bothering me.

An orange-and-white tomcat we call Santru has been staking out our building. Missu n Santru hate each other. He bullies her a lot. I’m scared she’s staying away because she knows he’s around.
But I feel terrible because-
Today I drenched Santru with water because I was desperately trying to get him to leave so Missy could come home safely. I have shooed him away many times. But he doesn’t seem to be getting the hint. he keeps trying to nose his way into the house. He even flops showing me his belly after getting completely sprayed with water.
I feel terrible.
This cat has every reason not to trust me, and yet he still does.
He has never once put a claw on me. (He grabs my hand with the claw retracted- and so gently too) Despite all the shooing and spraying he is such a gentle and affectionate cat. He’s ridiculously patient, endlessly affectionate, and just wants to be around people. I truly believe all he wants is a family to call his own.
I got him neutered in the hopes the aggression towards Missy will reduce but no luck. If any of you are looking to adopt this beautiful baby, please dm.

TLDR: stray male cat ( neutered) is aggressive towards my indoor female cat. But is an absolute sweetheart and looking for a loving home.
