Returned once with no explanation, Leo’s rescuer is done taking chances on the next home

The story
Leo is a roughly 4-month-old female cat in Delhi. Her rescuer raised her as part of a litter born to a semi-feral mother, personally vetted every adoption, and placed her in a home a while back. That adopter returned her with no warning and no real explanation.
She is litter trained, socialised, vaccinated and dewormed, and her rescuer describes her as gentle, affectionate and quick to bond. Having already lost one home through no fault of her own, this rescuer is being deliberately thorough about the next one: she wants an adopter who owns their home or has landlord permission, understands this is a 15-year commitment, and is willing to allow a home visit before adoption.
