Jelly was rescued from people who were using her to collect sympathy and money, and is now safe in foster care in Paschim Vihar, West Delhi. She’s about 2.5 months old, healthy, flea-free, dewormed and litter-trained, and extremely cuddly, clingy and playful — comfortable with strangers, dogs and other pets. There’s no adoption fee.
