The story
Someone found a German Shepherd puppy wandering on his own in Delhi, with a chain still around his neck. He is safe now. What he does not have is anyone to go home to.
He is roughly six to eight months old, male, and by the finder’s account friendly, playful and affectionate. The chain suggests he belonged to someone. If you recognise him, call. If nobody claims him, he needs adopting.
