Hi guys,

Please help me, I’m desperate. We’ve been doing rescue, feeding, and sterilisation for the cats and dogs in and around our society for 6 years now and we’ve even gotten close to 10 cats adopted. We also have 3 rescue cats of our own.

Last October we came across a very sick and weak kitten in our society on the verge of death. Turns out he had very severe mycoplasma. We asked around but no medical foster was willing to take him, so we kept him and took care of him. There were endless hospital visits, constant sanitisation and separation from our own cats, and even hospitalisation for 2 weeks. When his haemoglobin kept dropping we did a mad search for a blood donor. We asked and appealed everywhere. Finally the 5th cat we took matched and he received the transfusion. Things started turning around for him after that. Since then we’ve been slowly nursing him back to health, giving him all his medicines and supplements, the best food we can, and lots of play and affection.

But this has been a really big struggle for us. He doesn’t get along with our cats at all, especially the youngest one, so he has to be kept confined in my room. He gets restless and bored, and he meows co
