Nine months old, vaccinated, waiting in Delhi NCR

The story
A nine-month-old male cat is looking for a permanent home in Delhi NCR. His rescuer has his vaccination record and has posted it with the listing, and is asking for serious, responsible adopters only.
That is the whole of what the source says. There is no name, no temperament note and no history, so rather than invent one: he is nine months old, he is male, his shots are documented, and the photographs are the rest of what anyone knows. Message the rescuer on Reddit and ask.
