Four weeks old, and already faster than kittens twice their age

The story
Two kittens turned up in a Kolkata home about a month ago, and they have not stopped moving since. Both look like females, both are already walking at a clip faster than most kittens their age, and both are healthy and playful. Whoever is feeding them right now is ready to hand them off to someone who wants a real home for them, not just admiration on a Reddit thread.
