The story
This black dog was found in a Visakhapatnam neighbourhood with a broken chain still on him. He had been there since the night before, and he has an open wound around his neck. The person who found him thinks he was either left behind by an owner or lost his way.
The finder is taking him to a vet and says they will post an update. They cannot keep him because they already have four dogs and a cat at home. His age is not known yet.
