She gives up her food the moment a bully shows up

The story
She has been fed by the same person for two months, and in that time he has had to step in and pull her out of trouble more than once. She is submissive: when a bully cat turns up she walks away from her own food rather than argue, which is why she was malnourished when he found her.
She is friendly with people and makes friends fast. She is also pregnant. Neither of those things helps her on a street where she loses every fight she is in.
Her feeder is relocating and cannot keep this up, and he cannot adopt her himself. What he is offering instead is unusually generous: he will cover spaying, vaccination and any upfront medical treatment, and if the adopter is a student he will cover her food until they are earning.
