The story
Seven indie puppies — five females, two males — in Jalandhar, Punjab are looking for homes. They’re about 50 days old, have had their first vaccination, are on schedule for deworming, and are healthy, playful and well-socialised. They’ve been moved into a shelter outside the rescuer’s home, but space is tight and the lane is busy with traffic. The rescuer is open to homes across North India — Delhi NCR, Punjab and Chandigarh — and asks that this be a family adoption with one clear primary caretaker. We’re trying again. Because we haven’t had a single lead we’ve felt confident will give these babies a safe, lifelong home.
There are 7 of them. They’re now around 50 days old, bigger, naughtier and venturing out more every single day.
We’ve moved them into a shelter outside our home, but it’s becoming incredibly difficult to keep them safe. Ours is a congested lane with cars constantly passing, neighbours are understandably complaining, and with seven puppies, keeping track of everyone is getting harder by the day.
We’re doing everything we can. But they need homes. ❤️
