The story
This kitten was rescued from a construction site next door and is friendly and purrs loudly. His rescuer already has two cats and can’t keep him — without a foster or adopter, he’d have to go back outside on a road that’s proven dangerous for cats before. He hasn’t been vaccinated yet, but the rescuer will cover that cost for whoever takes him in.
