The story
Two days ago, outside an office in Uttam Nagar East, Delhi, a cat was under a parked car with dogs barking around him. The person who found him carried him home, fed him gravy and a treat, and then went out and bought cat litter and a cage, having never kept an animal before. They have named him Luffy.
He is male, and he looks healthy, though he has not seen a vet yet. The finder cannot keep him at home and wants him settled somewhere safe. The litter and the cage go with him.
He is in Uttam Nagar East, near New Holy Public School, Delhi. Message the rescuer on Reddit if you can take him.
