Healed from a dog bite, still a little wobbly, still extremely cuddly

The story
Mevius was found with a maggot-infested dog bite. That wound has healed completely.
What is left is a slight wobble when he walks, a neurological knock his rescuer is upfront about, and medication he is still on for constipation brought on by how dehydrated he was when they found him. He is vaccinated against rabies, litter trained, and by every line of the appeal, extremely cuddly.
He is male, and whoever adopts him will not be paying for his neutering. His rescuer has offered to cover it.
