Safe relocation or Adoption in Indore

The story
Five days ago, the municipal corporation picked him up, but my friend took responsibility for him and brought him back to the colony where he grew up.
Unfortunately, many of the residents don’t want him to stay there anymore. I also tried adopting him, but he’s a 1.5-year-old street dog who’s used to living outdoors. He gets anxious staying inside the house and constantly wants to go out. He usually leaves for an hour or two and then comes back, but this isn’t a situation we can manage long-term.
We also can’t send him back to his original location. We’re now looking for a safe place, shelter, or someone experienced who can give him a secure home where he can live without being at risk.
Any genuine leads or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
