Ruby’s prospective adopter has backed out last minute and now she desperately needs a home urgently!

Her current foster parent has asked to take her away since the parent is facing some urgent problems she cant ignore.

We are looking into LONG TERM FOSTER too, a place where she will be safe until she is adopted OR a FOREVER HOME for her
