Urgent adoption request

The story
Can someone with a lot of patience adopt this 3 month old male kitten (preferably someone who already has a young cat)? This baby is really struggling. Some kid used to torture him, then luckily he found a home. The lady who adopted him already had a dog and several dogs nearby her house. She returned him to us because he was scared and constantly meowing. He’s still meowing and not eating, while the rest of his family has been happily adopted.
He is vaccinated, litter trained and doesn’t bite or scratch, but he’s very stressed and needs urgent attention
