The story
I came to Dr. Doodley WFD (location he is currently at) with my cats. Mm There was a dog there and the person with him said he has been abandoned (reason for foster/adoption) by the owners. He has been given no food and water and is severely malnourished. He has gotten blood work done and fortunately, he is completely okay (condition). They have spoken to CARE and CUPA, but they can’t take up his case. He is very sweet and trusting and in desperate need of a foster as the people who have found him live in a non-pet friendly apartment. Please forward to reliable/serious inquirer’s. CFBR.
