The story
Floppy is a six-month-old indie girl who has been through more than a six-month-old should. Her foster does not spell out the details and does not need to.
What the appeal does spell out is where she has got to: happy, healthy, vaccinated, dewormed, and in her foster’s words the joyful playful pup she was always meant to be. The credit goes to kindness, care and countless belly rubs.
She is in Noida, and her foster is open to placing her anywhere she will be safe and loved.
