Urgent Appeal: Foster or Adopt a Newborn Kitten

Can anyone please foster this newborn baby or does anyone know of a lactating mother cat who could help?
This tiny kitten is full of life and deserves a second chance. A man found him near his shop and called a friend for help. He is not an animal lover and cannot care for the kitten, though he has kept him safe for now.
My friend is willing to take responsibility for the kitten once he is old enough to eat and survive independently, but right now he only needs warmth, love, and milk.
Unfortunately, due to work commitments, I cannot provide the round-the-clock care a newborn requires during the day.
Even if someone could foster him for just a month, it would mean the world and could literally save his life. Anyone up for adoption is really a God sent.
We are desperately trying to avoid leaving him back with the shop owner, as we don't think he will be able to care for such a tiny baby.
Please, if you have experience with newborn kittens or can help in any way, come forward. Every share could help this little angel find the care he needs especially before the monsoons make it miserable for him.
