Anyone know any pet shelter , Daycare or even a NGO deals with pets in durgapur area?? I came across a lone puppy in my area today …., the dogs in the area are after it and it was very scared and there was some minor scratch/bite marks…It took shelter under my car on yesterday night..I am taking care of it now but its impossible for me to his full time care taker
