Three bonded cats, one request: a home that takes all of them

The story
A mama cat and her two kittens need someone to take them in. All three are Indie, very sweet and friendly, and litter trained. Someone abandoned them in the rescuer’s neighbourhood, and the rescuer took them in but cannot keep them. The kittens look around three months old, though that is a guess.
Vaccination and sterilisation status are unknown. The three have bonded closely, so the rescuer hopes one family can take all of them. In the rescuer’s words, they have grown very attached in just a few days and are anxious about the cats’ wellbeing. DM the rescuer on Reddit.
