Rather it is someone posing as Matsumura.

Here is the link to Mr. Matsumura’s page…If you don’t know his name, please learn more about his hard work. His story has been covered by CNN but, we need more worldwide awareness. Thank you. https://www.facebook.com/pages/Naoto-Matsumura-Guardian-of-Fukushimas-Animals/182452015189991

Sadly, there are still approximately 1,000 dogs, 3,000 cats, hundreds of cows, pigs, many ostriches and new born animals still wait for rescue. The government of Japan still refuses to allow private rescue groups into the zone so, animals continue to suffer, starve and die there. Please check out The Hachiko Coalition, Mr. Matsumura’s page and JEARS to see what you can do to help raise awareness for this appalling situation. Thank you all!! <3

The situation in Japan is moving and I believe it is sheer discipline and will that is tiding folks there over these testing times!

It’s not apathy towards humans, but the empathy for humans and animals alike that drove this post. Disasters ruin everything in its wake, here’s hoping for peaceful times ahead.
