Hats off to him I’m originally from Chandigarh and now settled abroad. I’d like to know how to contact this angel so, that I can liaise with him when I next go to Chandigarh as I will like to help. I have always wanted to do something to help animals but didn’t know where to start and this gentle man has shown me the way.. 🙂
