1. The Bombay Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals (BSPCA) is a charitable organization in existence since 1874. They offer rescue operations and relief to animals in need.

2. All India Animal Welfare Association (AIAWA) has facilities to offer Animal Birth control, immunization, anti-rabies treatment, general surgery, general medical treatment for small animals.

3. Animals Matter to Me (AMTM) runs a shelter cum hospital in Malad, Mumbai and offers services like adoption, animal shelter, medical treatment, sterilisation and even an animal ambulance. 4. In Defense of Animals (IDA) offers sterilization, treatment of injured animals – surgical care, rehabilitation and shelter facilities. They also have mobile vans manned by para-vets and move in the eastern suburb of Mumbai and the entire city of Navi Mumbai.

5. PAWS helps with rescue, first aid, vaccinations, animal rights awareness and dog adoption in Mumbai. They have a fleet of 3 ambulances, one fully operational rescue centre and a dedicated volunteer network.

6. Thane SPCA started out by bringing medical aid and relief to animals on the road. Now with their shelter, they offer rescue and rehabilitation of the injured animals.

    We have recently discovered a set of female puppies who are used for breeding and been raped I guess. We had found a small Shihtzu who unknowingly ran away from the breeders place and ended up in our society. Dog lovers thought that it was a lost pup, hence we took her to vet directly, got all her ticks cleaned and while getting her back, the owner called saying that it’s his dog. The dogs are purely used for breeding and been kept in the worse condition

  3. i hear a small puppy sound crying in a small hut in versova shiv gully , i that hut a man staying there abusing a women and now a days a puppy torture sound i can here , i dont want to go and confront cause dont know what he is , i dont want to get a problem,or damage , casue iam not in power to help , but u can so try to connect with me , and take a survey of innocent animal abuse , and give me a suggestion what to do ?
